On May 14-16, 2013 Volgograd State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Russia) will host the 7 th International Scientific-and-Technical Conference for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and young scientists “Youth and Scientific-and-Technical Progress in the Highway Engineering Sector in the South of Russia”.
